PDO THREADS
PDO threads have been around for a long time and have been used in surgery since the 1980s. These threads are now used to help manage sagging skin, wrinkles and lines creating a natural look. With Brittani Naccari Farrell’s advanced training in multiple types of PDO threads, many areas of the face and body can be improved with this natural resulting procedure.
THREAD LIFTING
At Timeless Touch, the PDO thread lift can be performed on multiple areas of the face including the eyebrows, nose, nasolabial folds, jowls, and jaw line. The Timeless Touch Non-Surgical lower face lift is by far the most sought out procedure Brittani offers. It is exactly what is says- it is timeless, it is natural, and it is absolutely beautiful. This is inclusive of lifting three areas of the lower face producing a more youthful, lifted face. This is an excellent procedure for a variety of ages and multiple different concerns. It works well for weight loss patients, normal aging, and younger clients looking for a more contoured appearance.
At Timeless Touch we also offer lifting threads in areas of the body including the breast, butt, and abdomen. These are more advance procedures, and Brittani is one of few in the south performing these procedures.
All of the PDO lifting procedures produce instant results which are so satisfying for both the clients and the injector. PDO cog threads (or lifting threads) have barbs that latch into your skin like small fishhooks providing support and lifting parts of your face or body.
PDO MONO THREADS
PDO mono threads are another service offered at Timeless Touch. PDO mono threads are smooth sutures that help rejuvenate your skin by stimulating collagen production. These areas typically take 1-3 months to show full results. This is one of the differences between mono threads and cog threads. Cog threads which are the lifting threads produce instant results. These threads can also be used in combination together, as well as, in combination with dermal fillers. At Timeless Touch we offer many areas of mono threads including glabellar (11’s), upper and lower eye lids, crows feet, acne scarring, jaw line, neck, stomach, arms, legs, and vaginas.
Brittani Naccari Farrell has now completed three advanced trainings in PDO threads by well-known experts in the field including a Las Vegas plastic surgeon, an APRN master injector in Arizona, and an APRN master injector in California. She has performed these procedures for almost four years now and was the first injector on the north and south shore to offer all of these exciting procedures. We are so excited to bring this expertise and experience to our Covington office.
NEUROTOXINS
Timeless Touch offers neurotoxin injections to help revitalize your appearance and smooth wrinkles and fine lines with long lasting natural results. Timeless Touch offers Botox and Xeomin which are two of the most effective toxins in this space.
These toxins can be injected with just a few simple injections in areas like crow’s feet, frown lines, jaw lines, forehead, under eye, mouth, neck, and more to create a more youthful appearance. Both of our injectors also offer neurotoxins in the masseters which helps to slim out the face, helps with teeth grinding, and many report helps with headaches. This procedure is done quickly and results typically lasts 3 – 5 months (dose dependent). Results may take up to 2 weeks to be completely seen but can have an onset as early as 3 days.
Both of our injectors at Timeless Touch have extensive advance training in neurotoxins and are able to provide advanced injections as well as great patient education. Both Brittani Naccari Farrell, FNP-C and Jennifer Matherne, FNP-C have completed cadaver training with renowned plastic surgeons to further their knowledge and improve aesthetic outcomes as well as provide the safest practice for injecting Botox and Xeomin.
DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers performed by skilled injectors are a safe, non-surgical way to fight the signs of aging on your skin. Dermal Fillers inject components that are biocompatible and occur naturally into your facial tissues. Hyaluronic acid, for example, is one of these ingredients that behaves like real skin tissues. Dermal Fillers restore lost facial volume while filling in depressions, scars, and fine lines.
Our injectors can improve your natural beauty while also reversing the signs of aging by injecting dermal fillers, that have been specifically selected, into specific facial tissues. As you age, your body does not produce or preserve collagen and hyaluronic acid. By restoring the hyaluronic acid and collagen reserves in your skin, dermal fillers can reverse the signs of aging. The outcomes appear immediately and last for 9-18 months. Again, both of our nurse practitioners have extensive advanced training in placing fillers safely and with an excellent aesthetic eye.
Our Timeless Liquid Face Lift consists of five syringes of filler to be placed where the client needs it most. This can typically fill tear troughs, cheeks for lifting, nasolabial folds, and lips. Some may choose to focus more on the cheeks, jaw, and chin while others may need more fullness in the cheeks and temple areas. This is a fantastic way to enhance multiple areas and makes for a more natural appearance, as enhancing the entire face leaves you more balanced.
MERZ - RADIESSE
Radiesse “one of our favorites” because of its ability to be used in so many areas and ability to change its action. Radiesse is a “hard” filler which is a bone derivative used to lift and fill areas of the cheeks, jaw, and chin.
Amazingly this hard filler can be hyper diluted into a “skin tightening agent” and used to treat the neck, arms, legs, stomachs, butt, and hands. Its versatility and the beauty it brings when injected in so many different ways makes the product stand out. Brittani Naccari Farrell, FNP-C has training and experience using hyper-dilute Radiesse in all of the above-mentioned areas. These procedures have some immediate results but take 3 months for full results.
All body lifting results are much more superior when combining the use of hyper-dilute Radiesse with PDO threads.
JUVEDERM
Hyaluronic Acid is naturally produced by the body which allows the skin to retain moisture. The main ingredient in JUVÉDERM® fillers is a modified form of hyaluronic acid. These fillers last 12 months with some lasting up to 18 months.

KYBELLA
Kybella is a cosmetic injectable meant to get rid of submental fullness, or unwanted fat cells under the chin. Deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance that aids in the breakdown of dietary fat, is used in the formulation of Kybella. Kybella dissolves the unwanted submental fat cells when injected under the chin, transforming a "double chin" into a chiseled jawline. Kybella is a treatment that is painless, safe, and comfortable. The procedure produces permanent results and is an alternative to liposuction or surgery. Most patients typically need 2 to 4 treatments about a month apart, but your injector will discuss your specific timeline with you.
